Service Description
Small group is great for women who would like to train in a smaller setting. Class times are Mon, Wed, Thursday, Friday at 6AM. THIS IS A SELF PACE GROUP TRAINING CLASS. - THIS IS NOT PERSONAL TRAINING. Training can be modified to your fitness level. Only 8 people are allowed per class. No refunds, No month-to-month transfers!
