Service Description

Small group is great for women who would like to train in a smaller setting. Class schedule is M, W, Th, at 6am and you have the option to come to Saturday classes at no additional cost. THIS IS A SELF PACE GROUP TRAINING CLASS. - THIS IS NOT PERSONAL TRAINING. Training can be modified to your fitness level. Only 8 people are allowed per class. No refunds, No transfers!
