Class Times: 5am, 6am, 4:30p, 6:30p
Friday(Fit Friday with Lori)
Class Times: 5am, 6am & 7:30

Fit Girlz Rock is a Women's Gym located in Covington, GA. We specialize in Group Training, Personal Training and Online Training.
I have been a trainer since 2013 and was raised right here in Covington. It has always been my dream to have pink gym in the community that helped shape me. I also have over 11 years of experience in healthcare, which strengthens my passion for wellness and helping others live healthier lives.
Our gym opened in July 2020 and is proudly woman-owned and woman-operated. We are dedicated to creating a welcoming, empowering environment where women can thrive, feel supported, and achieve their fitness goals.
